Oral Surgery Service

The pain of wisdom teeth toothache can leave us in agony and misery, sometimes unable to function. These tricky teeth arrive after we reach adulthood and can cause a range of dental problems.
They can be obstructed by our other adult teeth and emerge at an angle or get stuck and only partially come through the gum.

Wisdom teeth – food trap

Food and bacteria can get trapped around the edges of such teeth and cause ongoing problems such as tooth decay (caries) and gum disease – It’s impossible to keep these areas clean despite regular brushing and flossing.
Removing some or all of the wisdom teeth can be a long-term solution you need.

Dentists’ referral Service

NHS finances are almost at breaking point.  The unprecedented slowdown in funding growth and rising demand have made it increasingly difficult for patients to receive Oral Surgery within the local hospitals. In the past, some hospitals have received extra financial support from the Department of Health; however, recently, a shift means the local hospitals may not be able to see your patients within target waiting times.

High patient demand means some hospitals do not have the capacity to treat all the patients referred to them within target waiting times.

We provide a cost-effective service to your patients where we can see your patient rapidly by our highly experienced Clinican Dr Vijay Bhargava.
