Giving Back: How Dental Elements Supports Those Most in Need
At Dental Elements, we’re proud to be a private dental practice offering high-quality care in a calm and welcoming environment. While we are not able to offer new patients NHS treatment due to ongoing government cutbacks, we’ve never forgotten those in our community — and beyond — who need help the most.
That’s why giving back is at the heart of what we do.
Two of our incredible team members, Samantha and Bianca, regularly volunteer their time and skills to support those who would otherwise go without dental care. They both work with Dentaid, a UK dental charity that helps people experiencing homelessness, poverty, and other difficult circumstances.
Samantha gives up her weekends to work on Dentaid’s mobile dental units, helping bring essential dental care directly to people in need. Whether it’s treating toothaches, providing emergency care, or simply offering advice, she’s helping restore confidence and comfort to some of the most vulnerable people in our local community.
Bianca has also gone above and beyond. Last year, she raised funds for Dentaid and took part in one of their overseas volunteering projects. Travelling to Cambodia, she joined a team of dental professionals to provide care in villages, schools, and community centres – treating hundreds of people who had no other access to dental care.
While we may be a private practice, we strongly believe everyone deserves a healthy smile, no matter their circumstances. By supporting charities like Dentaid, we’re doing our part to help bridge the gap and bring smiles to those who need them most.
We’re incredibly proud of Samantha and Bianca and the amazing work they do. Their compassion and commitment reflect the values we hold as a team — and we’ll continue to support their efforts every step of the way.
