Our Super Happy Boss

Jonathan graduated from Guy’s King’s and St Thomas’ University of London with honours in 2004. He subsequently worked as a Senior House Officer in oral maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and in mixed and private dental practice in Surrey and West Sussex. In 2006, he was awarded membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and membership of the Joint Dental Faculties in 2009. He has also previously held a restorative position at Kingston hospital practising exclusively in endodontics.

He commenced specialist training in Endodontology in 2009 at Guy’s and King’s Dental Hospitals in London and was subsequently awarded a Masters in Clinical Dentistry in Endodontology with distinction. Jonathan is a GDC-registered specialist in endodontics. He is also a member of the British Endodontic Society.

When he is not busy running the practice and fixing all the machines that Aaron has broken, Jonathan can be seen attempting to run, go to the cinema and travel.

Our Gentle Giant

After graduating from Guy’s Kings and St Thomas School of Medicine and Dentistry; Ravdeep has worked in a number of prestigious private clinics in Weybridge, Woking, and Twickenham. He recently completed a Masters degree from Kings College London Dental Institute on Aesthetic Dentistry – concentrating on advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures.

The placement of tooth coloured restorations was the subject of his thesis and is his area of expertise; this includes minimally invasive direct veneers and gold standard techniques for restoring broken/decayed teeth.

He is a registered practitioner for invisible brace systems such as Clear Aligner.

Ravdeep is also able to improve facial aesthetics utilising full mouth smile makeovers and Botox where necessary. With his approach and gentle demeanour, Ravdeep has had a great success in treating nervous patients. He prides himself on his calm, attentive approach to all his patients and lives by the nickname “The Gentle Giant”!

Donnie graduated from Glasgow dental school, one of the top dental schools in the UK, in 2009. He has since worked in general practice treating a range of patients of all ages and backgrounds.

He joined Dental Elements after being impressed by their patient orientated approach which he feels closely matches his own ethos. He strives to make a dental appointment as comfortable as possible, for both anxious and more accustomed dental patients alike. He also places great importance on keeping his patients well informed. Taking the extra bit of time to ensure that his patients have a good idea of the treatment options available to them.

He is interested in all aspects of dentistry and the challenges and variation that general practice brings. He keeps updated with advancements in dentistry by regularly attending postgraduate courses and he has completed the first part of his MJDF qualification.

He enjoys boxing training to keep fit, reading, writing and he likes to travel when he can.

Our lovely gum dentist

Priya qualified from Kings College London Dental Institute in 2010 and has spent her time both in general practice and hospital settings. Over this time,  Priya has developed a keen interest in the treatment of gum disease (Periodontitis) and has completed a rigorous 2-year postgraduate enhanced clinical skills program at the prestigious Kings College London. During this time Priya worked alongside leading periodontal specialists in the UK, where she learnt the importance of a tailored approach to best suit the individual requirements of patients in her care. Alongside this, she acquired the latest clinical techniques that really can help us to keep our teeth for life. In fact, she is our in -house go to dentist for the management of gum disease.

Priya’s approach to care is founded on listening to the needs of her patients, and providing treatment based on this understanding is central to her ethos. Priya prides herself in discussing all your treatment options in an open, friendly, and relaxed manner to help you understand and plan best for your needs. So, if you have ever worried about bleeding gums, loose teeth or are wanting a fresher breath, Priya would be happy to discuss this and provide you with the appropriate recommendations.

Apart from her own professional development, Priya is enthusiastic about education and teaches Periodontology to the next generation of dentists at the world-renowned Kings College London. As a result of her commitment to teaching, Priya has recently been awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education and has become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Priya has also completed her qualification in the Diploma for the Member of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) at the Royal College of Surgeons and both at undergraduate and postgraduate level won many clinical dental awards including the Best Clinical Case Presentation in the Whipps Cross London Postgraduate Dental Deanery.

Priya is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and frequently attends conferences and study days to keep abreast of the most up to date scientific research in Periodontology.

Outside of dentistry, Priya enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and trying her hand at cooking (and eating!) world cuisines. She loves to explore what she can of the world even if it does mean climbing a mountain or two! Priya very much looks forward to meeting you at Dental Elements.

Chirag is a vital part of the Dental Elements restorative team. With his gentle and comprehensive approach, whatever your cosmetic dental needs may be you can be assured that Chirag has the experience and qualifications to provide you with a smile you can feel confident with and that can stand the test of time. He has a keen interest in minimally invasive dentistry, especially composite bonding and Invisalign orthodontics A selection of his completed cases can be seen in our gallery section.

Chirag graduated from King’s College London in 2012 and completed his foundation year in Surrey. Whilst completing his foundation year he was awarded a postgraduate certificate from the University of Kent in Primary Dental Care and a Diploma of Membership to The Royal College of Surgeons.

Among many other post graduate courses, Chirag has completed a one-year course in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry at Advanced Dental Seminars in London. He also recently completed his Masters degree earning the highest honour of a distinction from The Eastman Dental Institute; one of the most renowned Post Graduate Dental Schools in the world. Chirag currently splits his time working at Dental Elements and as part of an NHS Speciality Restorative Department fixing cases that are considered too complex for a general dentist. He also runs courses teaching general dentists advanced restorative techniques.

In his spare time Chirag is a fitness fanatic. He particularly enjoys running and mountaineering.

Bhavina Bhudia

Bhavina graduated from King’s College London in 2017 and went on to complete her foundation year in Hertfordshire. Whilst she was at university Bhavina did an intercalated BSc in Regenerative Medicine and Innovation Technology and received a Parris Prize for showing greatest inventive genius for part of her project.

Following this she worked as a Senior House Officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery at St Richard’s and Worthing Hospital.

“I wanted to work with the Dental Elements team because of their caring approach to patients. I enjoy talking patients through their diagnoses and also focusing on prevention to ensure they can maintain their oral health”.

Bhavina regularly attends postgraduate courses to keep her clinical skills up to date. When she is not doing practical dentistry Bhavina works as a Clinical AI Research Scientist.

Hobbies: Bhavina enjoys watching movies, and all things arts and crafts

Vijay graduated in 2003 from Barts and The Royal London Queen Mary’s School of Medicine and Dentistry, achieving Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) with Distinction in Oral & Related Systemic Diseases. He was awarded a Distinction for the 4-year Diploma in Implant Dentistry, and received an award for Outstanding Achievement in Implant Dentistry at Eastman Dental Institute, Centre of Excellence, University College London. Vijay is passionate about implant dentistry and keen to provide all of his patients with the best achievable result. Committed to developing implant skills, he attends courses regularly in the UK & abroad. Outside of dentistry, Vijay enjoys spending time with his young family and has been known to run the odd marathon or two!

Tim is an experienced and skilled dentist who has worked in general practice, various hospital and maxillofacial departments and trained undergraduate dentists over the past decade. He earned his Certificate in Teaching from the University of Dundee as well as developed skills in Comprehensive Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry (prosthodontics). His talents lay in making smiles look beautiful, so if you have a complex dental problem, he’s your go-to guy. He is currently undertaking his specialist training at the Eastman UCL postgraduate dental department and we are fortunate to have him working with us here on his days away from UCL!

Tim will make sure to exceed expectations through years of experience helping others overcome their tough problems! With his expertise in complex aesthetics, he will design the dream smile you’ve always wanted!

Outside of dentistry, Tim enjoys being outdoors, doing long walks and endurance activities. He has done the Coast-to-Coast, Pennine Way, and 3 Peaks Challenge. He has also completed an 85-mile hike in 24 hours! And to top this, he is also a ski instructor.

Michelle started as a Dental Nurse at Dental Elements and went on to study as a Dental Hygienist. We welcome her back in her new role. Michelle plays a significant role in helping 
patients to maintain healthy mouths, avoiding problems such as tooth decay and gum disease. A visit with Michelle will involve a careful and thorough examination of your mouth to assess your current gum health; she will look for signs of bleeding or puffiness in your gums and the presence of any bacteria or toxin levels. Michelle is an expert in deep cleaning your teeth to remove any plaque and tartar, including below the gum line. Michelle will take great care to be gentle and careful – we know that many of our patients may feel anxious at having any procedure carried out. She will take great care to ensure that you are as relaxed and comfortable as possible throughout.
