Dental Elements Dental Health Care Plan?
Our dental health Care Plan is an easy set-up maintenance plan.
This monthly fee covers treatment which includes dental check-ups, dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays.
You don’t need to be ‘dentally fit’ to start the plan, so you can sign up without needing any treatment first.

How do I join?
Before your next check-up, call or pop-in and see our reception team and they will talk you through the plan and payment options. They will then complete an online form and set-up the direct debit.
It’s as simple as that! Your next check-up /hygienist appointment will be covered.
